CAD Moving Helipad Versión 3

The first and only working moveable helipad (e.g. in and out a hangar) for modifable helicopter like SA, S&W and/ or similar

The helicopter script and the associated notecard are copy and trans. This allows you to pass it on to other pilots. They can then also use their helicopters on the CAD helipads :-)
