A big 4 room villa, uses only 65 prims and fits on a 512 parcel or bigger,
huge balcony, very easy to use teleports and Lockable doors.
EXTRA !!! A BIG box off goodies, from clothes to furniture.
ALL my buildings are BOXED, COPYABLE and AUTOMATICALLY, MENU DRIVEN, UNPACKED.
If this is NOT the case, then something went wrong on delivery, just send me a NOTE and ill send you a new box.
So don't give a bad review for NOT unpacking or other UNPACKING problems with the buildings, because if Lindens screws up, its not my fault.
