“Elf and I didn't quite know what to expect when our seasonal cleaning venture into the local shrine's basement turned into a crawl through a hidden, underground passage. Our lanterns lit the way as we made our way through the spooky and ominous tunnels. What could await us at the end? Treasure? Rare jewels? A mischievous apparition? Not really. After an hour of spelunking, we came across a group of quarrelling dwarves. Turns out they were journeying to the shrine for a holiday visit but became horribly lost. We showed them the way back, and as a reward, they fancied up some of the shrine's souvenirs for us. How kind of them!”
