Nice theme but one issue
Needed something for the beach house. This was going to fit the bill but the sound keeps going and does not stop maybe the builder can introduce one that turns off the sound (and maybe use a different one). Otherwise it looks good for out of the way places. You can use the "block" feature to keep from hearing the sound but then people who visit can hear it.
