Can't be beat
This cafe is super customizable. i replaced the inside with full models, a swinging door, a second level apt. great textures and Li too.

Ahem, not knocking the price here .
The sit poses weren't set up properly (Not easy to do)
The buildings textures were good - Expected a TINY bit more from what the photo looked liked but overall 100L it's low LI and the creator did well texturing the mesh.
4 stars only for the fact y'all made the building way too small and uh, the poses need adjusting :)
Charming
Cute, detailed low prim given all that goes with it. Price is more than fair! Do be prepared to scale it up as its rather tiny straight out of the box.
