The body color option allows you to change the body color to suit your taste. Expanded color palette allows for more color options. Pearlized shine option can only be seen when "Advanced Lighting Model" is enabled in your viewer. GFS allows you to use the interactive fuel pumps throughout the grid, and many popular RP sims.
