[CC] Angel Tattoo Applier UNPACK *add me*

UPDATED 5/20/2019: Added within the contents is an additional [Omega] Applier faded (50%). As requested by a customer, so I just added it within the contents! I have also added an additional classic avatar tattoo layer in faded (50%). I did not update the TMP version as I no longer support TheMeshProject appliers.
