This is a Tattoo layer BoM for Meshheads that have BoM enabled or the standard Classic Avatars. It works on any Meshhead that has it enabled, How to do that ? Mostly theres a BoM Relay HUD or already built in BoM button in the HUD of the Head, else ask the Creator of the Head how to enable it.

simple wear the Tattoo and its done! to remove it just unwear it.
