The Holocollar! Been floating around in my brain for a while, this one. Surprisingly simple, it's a hunk of metal with some emitters to help truly enclose it, in the style of my original Holotool.
Comes with the default mesh, OpenCollar 3 and NS Devotion versions.
Also includes the NS flicker script! If you're an NS unit, you can change the colour of this with ease!
Items are C/M/nt. Some scripts are C/nm/T, so one of the collars will appear to be no-mod, but you can modify it freely - just not those specific scripts.
