The first Railgun was designed not to be portable at least not portable by men! We redesigned the Railgun for YOU to use! You can carry it around with you and use it as a personal weapon against people you don't like. For example your neighbor! The bullets punch through everything - except tanks - flying with mach 6 it is actually understandable that they pierce through most materials.
IMPORTANT:
This weapon just works with the SCS Avatar Meter!
