MILLICENT!
This tight skirt is part of Millicent's outfit, made to match the green/rust jacket and boots. It's a high-waisted long skirt with a floral pattern.
This piece is classic mesh, and comes in 5 sizes plus 2 alpha layers to choose from -- show legs or don't show legs -- and matching leggings and sock feet.
It is available separately, or you can save and buy the outfit bundle. Mesh body sizes are also available. (See related links below for the bundle)
