{CH} Sea Breeze

A modern twist on the classic beach house. This home has an open concept floorplan, with lots of windows and open air. There are louvered breezeways throughout the house, enhancing the open airy feel of it, hence the name.
As with all of our mesh homes, the floors inside are made in prim, so you can rez with confidence that your items won't be eaten. (not to rule out the typical SL weirdness of course.)
A few of the notable features include an attached pool and patio, a koi pond/wading pool in front which has optional grass if you prefer.

The house, and all included parts, totals to 157 Land Impact, it has a footprint of 34 x 51, has one bedroom, kitchen, study, and bathroom with a gorgeous open air shower. The entire house is copy and mod to let you make it your own home.
