Very pretty
This mobile home is very good, it has a low impact on the ground for all the equipment that comes pre-finished, you can change the furniture and accommodate it according to your needs, the price is almost a gift if we look at its mesh quality and it has a good LOD if you move the distance away camera, you will feel that you basically have all the base to start your mobile home, you will only have to add furniture for daily use such as a bed, kitchen, table, sofas... all the initial base already has it as an option, you can also choose a clean base.
My complaint about this would be the wall, you can only use dyes as well as some floor areas since they use a template, although you could cover some floor areas with parquet in my case, the walls can only be stained with colors, since usually Even use a template, you will not be able to change the interior design, the walls are fixed and flat with the entire structure, so you will not be able to change its shape, even so it is well distributed in my opinion.
The shape that it already has by default, you have to consider and take into account that it is created with American thought in its entirety (that's why the flag is inside xD) so you can ask for help from an American or someone who knows the customs if you want Deal with arranging the furniture if you want to do it correctly (an American would know what I mean) also keep in mind that the trailer is quite large in reality, you will need a large piece of land to accommodate this beautiful beast.
I highly recommend it, those who give less than 5 stars are only being rude and disrespecting a job that, out of courtesy, has basically made it affordable for almost anyone. n_n
Lovely Little Home
The build is indeed very reminiscent of a real trailer home, so I did expect it to be small. Which is part of the aesthetic of a mobile home. If you like a smaller, cozy living space, then I recommend it! It's very reflective of this creator's style, and the floors, walls and pretty much everything else is easily tintable and re-texturable!

Loos real nice on the outside but the bedrooms are small. i was going to edit properties and make it one big bedrrom but to find out its all linked together.

The pictures made the textures look better than what they are. It is modify, though, which is good.
28 prims w/o fixtures. Might want to fix the info below picture to fit the picture and prim count.
