This item allows you to convert a Victorian Terrace Shop (available separately, see below) into a Chinese takeaway(see photos - building NOT INCLUDED in this set). Comprises a serving counter, Menu board, textures for the frontsign and Floor, a transluscent window sign, a kitchen unit, and a copyable double-sided wall hanging. See photos for suggested layout. You could even add an eat-in section of your own. Note that if linked to the shop structure, it may reduce the overall land Impact.
These units can, of course, also be used elsewhere if desired. Note that permissions of individual parts vary.
