For the love of modern design and great style, here is a new prefab which is multi-use, for residential or commercial land. This is an open concept design with tonnes of windows for viewing surrounding landscape. The Modern SkyView features 3 levels, 5 rooms and extras such as a waterwall, skylight, sunroom, and rooftop garden patio. The grand entrance has 2 doorways, and since there are no doors on this build, each room is easily accessible for patrons or guests. Also due to the layout, there is lots of wall space for hanging ads, vendors, or artwork. The sunroom on the 3rd level gives you a great spot to take in panoramic views. The main materials for these builds, include stucco, wood, & glass.
There are 2 colourations for this design available. Enjoy!
