Today, wanting for a personal reason to affirm my love and show in a typical fashion I brought from CJ Creations 'Bouquet for you - Dark Red' for my love.
I added to my cart as a gift putting her name into the gift cart, then adding a message!
Yes I am a romantic, and I was happy, tapping the button to gift my lady today however, I was then sent into a confusion when it was delivered to my Received Items?
Anyway, in a fluster I messaged Caren, and very promptly I got a reply with understanding and empathy, to say the issue had been looked at and rectified.
This has me here writing this review, as I have always said that one main way a business can be measured, is how things are dealt with when there's a concern or issue.
I am very pleased to say I will buy from this store again, and give Caren at CJ Creation a 5 star not only the quality of the product, but for the excellent customer service.
