"CK Design" Homes are constructed with you, the homeowner, in mind. Our homes are designed to be easy for you to modify. Change colors and textures, add and remove walls, windows and doors, as you like to make your home look and feel the way you want it to. We have done our very best to do this while keeping the prim count low. You can find homes with lower prim counts near the same size as a "CK Design" Home, but keep in mind how easy is it to customize. The only limitation is the window texture, because of the tint system. The window textures can be changed but will revert back to original when tinted or untinted. Feel free to copy windows and add as you wish. See info below on how to add and remove tinting windows and locking doors.

This home has the "CK Design Privacy System":
- Voice-controlled window tint and door locks
- The windows tint on the outside and remain clear
from the inside, allowing you to see out when tinted.
- The door locks allow the owner to enter and leave while locked,
but will not open for others (Unless on guest list), they will receive a message that the
door is locked by owner.
Voice commands are as follows:
- Say "/1 Tint" in chat to tint windows
- Say "/1 Untint" in chat to untint windows
- Say "/1 Lock" in chat to lock outside doors.
- Say "/1 Unlock" in chat to unlock outside doors.
All of these commands only work for the owner of the home.

Very impressed! A few problems setting up since I am new to SL. Well designed and could be used as an office on a 512 size lot .. my reason for choosing this model.
