*CK* Kiley boots DEMO

As others have written here there is nothing in the demo but a landmark and it doesn't work (there is no in-world store there). I really REALLY want these but I'm hesitant if I can't try them on. Making this hesitancy worse, the NCs I've sent to the vendor over several months have gone unanswered.
