[CKC] Boston Early August 2023 Environment

NOTE: You will need a PBR viewer to properly use this day cycle, using this daycycle on a viewer that does not support PBR will likely look wrong!

This daycycle is based off of the azimuth and elevation data for Boston, MA, USA around Early August of 2023. It is also designed as an HDR sky for PBR. It also includes a custom water within the environment setting. This environment uses static custom cloud textures.

===Builder Notes===
+Due to the weirdness of SL, the real world data is offset by 90 degrees by what Second Life normally considers west and east, fixing this would of caused some weird gimbal lock problems so I just left it offset.

+Probe Ambience ranges from 0.5 to 1.0
