[CKC] Streetlamp Versión 1.1

This streetlamp has seen better days, but it's doing it's duty as it ever has. Well, until someone runs into it.

This streetlight has a configurable day/night cycle as well as the ability to be temporarily destroyed by impacts using my Destructibles system, complete with a sparking base in it's destroyed state.
