Cant beat it
I got it for a small place to live on the cheap, it delivers big time to those of us who live simply. Furnish it right, and you got a great place to entertain a bit and crash. My style, and the price you can,t beat.

It's Nice, A Little Too Small For What I Needed Though.
Lots of extras
This is a cute little house that makes a nice starter shop. There are plenty of options for window texture and lighting and the ability to set the controls to group, owner or all. Nicely textured. Plenty of room left on a 512 for some trees and such. I put mine in a city skybox up where the lag is less and that worked great.

This is a superb build, with a control system that is a delight to use... wonderfully atmospheric, just what I was looking for!
