[CL] Poppable Bubbles

This small cube makes extra pretty bubbles that will pop if they collide with anything non-phantom, including static objects such as walls and ceilings. The bubbles themselves are not physical, so no physics lag.

The size, colour, frequency, speed, height range, and horizontal range of the bubbles can be set through the menu by clicking the cube.

You can also sit on the bubbles if you want to go for a floaty ride, but watch out for something popping your bubble!
