Great style and value, especially for full perm
I've purchased full perm items from this seller before, and I always appreciate that at least one "finished" version is included that can be worn right away. And other color options are often included in the form of additional texture(s). Here, the coat is provided in brown, and you don't have to be a great builder to be able to apply the provided black texture! I'm not looking to retexture and resell these items, just wear them for myself, so I appreciate the pricing that's comparable to other non full perm items.
