Very useful if you are a modder!
I have to say was happily surprised by what I got for just 10L here. Sure for the clouds it is just some
textures on planes that I could also animate if wished but there are a lot of spare parts too that I could use on other projects. 7 thunder sounds, 4 lightning textures and two full perm scripts. Thank you so much :)

Not exactly what I expected, I thought it would be particle. The lightening is animated, but the clouds are not. They are a texture. It still looks decent and would work great for many projects on smaller parcels.
