every effect club light are in contents on every scaffold
working with rez system, so can be used by choice.

why rez system?
we all know every functioning scripting item in second life, have more or less lag.
the advanced lighting scaffold uses rez system, just case is out of order you can always
choose to delete club lights to reduce some prims, lag, functioning and leave only the scaffold
ready for the next party!
HOWEVER all the Club lights work with the less possible lag scripts!
