1) Copy/Mod- As much as possible I like to be able to mod my items. This pool club is so fun to Mod & if you need textures, The Work shop has tons in their shop to purchase.
2) Quality Build- This is a nice clean design, with excellent textures and cool features like moving trellis panels.
3) Customer Service- It's refreshing when creators care about their customers. Romeo took time to show me this build in-world before I purchased, helped with the installation and took care of any issues that arise.
