These are a tip jar. It show user name, last donator and donation and donated so far.
The tip jar has different options. You can change:
Public or Club locked
Percentage pay for you and user
Gift give
Fast Pay amounts
Scan Range with auto log out for user or not
What you get is:
1 tip jar mody & copy

I got it and it was a little bit complicated as I needed to change a few lines on the config card (which you usually dont have to) but all turned out for the best, the owner IMed me and went through the whole config card with me.
