CNZ :: No Men auto security officer or Man Scan is the solution if you run a girls only sim, where no men are welcome. If you're sick of running after them to eject, this is your answer.
Once a Man enters the range of the security system it sends IM to every Manager informing them about Name and distance of the Intruder ( "[04:38] CNZ Creations :: ManScan v1.1b: OMG! There's a guy on sim, ruuuun! It's John Doe He's 1281 meters away from me, at Yourplace Island (37,66,1301)"), also offers you a link in chat to TP you right to him. That message is sent to managers in IM as mentioned and shouted so people in a 100 range around the orb are warned :P It sends a message to the intruder to please leave the area.
Features:
- Set Range: You can protect either your Parcel, or some range around the orb or even the whole sim
- Manager System: You can Add Managers in a simple Menu to set range, turn orb on and off and most importantly recieve IM about a present intruder. Managers can only be added by owner.
- Auto Eject: It will automatically eject Men after 30 seconds, if you set Auto Eject.
- Permission mode to allow some men to enter the place

I've seen this device in operation at one of my regular clubs for years without realizing it's available here in Marketplace. I found it doing a search for something that can read the gender bit on avatars in an area and expel avatars of an undesired gender, and was delighted to find something I know from observation really works at a decent price!
Testing at my own private estate confirms it works as advertised, so 5/5 stars.
Only two suggestions for the designer (although they might take more work than the low price justifies):
(1) allow users to input their own message to men found in the area (that was actually requested by a manager in the sim) and
(2) it'd be wonderful to use "bounding boxes" to define the area to be scanned so that rectangular areas, not just circles, could be protected (bounds defined in all three dimensions, so you can, say, protect just a skybox).
In over eight years in SL, this is the very first time I've seen such a useful item for those of us who want to keep our properties refuges from male avatars. I will gleefully advertise this product to the many friends of mine who have women-only properties to protect from trollers wearing male avatars.
