I received a gift and the giver knew I had a bento mesh head though she didnt look to see what type I had, I have a LAQ Bento Sandy, I tried to IM and left several messages about what to do and if code 5 could help and have not received a single reply over several weeks. I can not use this and if I could get a refund if code 5 doesnt make what would fit, Poor customer service
