The Pinewood Cottage is a compact traditional house based on the American bungalow style dominant from 1900-1930. The efficient but flexible floor plan has living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom and den spaces packed into two floors. The exterior is sheathed with tan shingles and white painted wood trim and the roof with the tradional green shingles. The spacious airy front porch is perfect for entertaining friends, sitting to enjoy a beautiful day or cuddling with your loved one.

Wonderful!
I love this house! I got it a few months ago, but I forgot to write a review on it! I love how real it is compaired to homes in real life. I'm one of those people that thinks those designer modern houses made out o metal and glass are not house, I say house is someplace warm and inviting where your family can live and be happy, and this house does just that! The wood brings a nice warm homey feeling, I love that you can change the fireplace stones by clicking on them, I like the upstairs loft area, a great TV room. There's one thing about this house that I don't love so much, it's difficult to change the color of the outside walls because there are invisible prims covering the walls so it takes a lot of time to "paint" the outside of the house, same goes with a few of the other Convair homes I own. Overall 5/5 stars! Keep charming family houses like this coming!
