Patience is key!
Agree with the invisible prim on this one that you have to constantly modify. It takes awhile to get used to it, but a little patience goes a long way. Overall, this fits your regular 1024sqm parcel with a bit more extra space. Quality is great, house and furniture. I just hope in the future you can open the doors much wider.

got this to modify, its a pain really as it has these invisiprims over every surface which makes it a nightmare to change. I deleted it, can't use.

Nice beach home! Great quality/furnishings. 20x20. I bought this thinking it would fit on my 15x30 rectangle shaped parcel, but alas it won't;( My mistake! But I highly recommend anyway!
