Excellent build, easy to rezz, and well worth the price.
A useful shell, with a lot of potential for making it your own.
A couple of suggestions if I may?
An extra window on the staircase ( Where the picture frame item is ) would open that area up considerably.
Changing the fixed window at the top of the stairs out to the grass / helipad to a door would make it more flexible, and not have to walk through the bedroom to get into the house.
I was not sure what the lines of rings on the side wall represent?
Maybe an option for a grass roof to match the grass near the helipad?
Very happy I bought it, and maybe a future update would make it even better :)
