A great starters home or rental home as a beautifully crafted Chill Out with plenty of room and space and only 17 prims! Its 10x20 mtrs big, so you have plenty of space left for a nice garden on a 512 parcel. You have your own private royal bedroom, And a spacious livingroom, both with a scripted fire place to reduce primcount and a real smoking chimney. If you remove those, you have a house with only 13 prims. Only 17 prims, means you have plenty left for furnishing. And to help you with that, a huge box is included with lots of stuff, like a pool, a sexbed with more then 50 stands, and much much more.
ALL my buildings are BOXED, COPYABLE and AUTOMATICALLY, MENU DRIVEN, UNPACKED.
If this is NOT the case, then something went wrong on delivery, just send me a NOTE and ill send you a new box.
So don't give a bad review for NOT unpacking or other UNPACKING problems with the buildings, because if Lindens screws up, its not my fault.
