Well, lookit that! You got your very own Gingerbread Man Noms! Lucky you!
Fun little holiday cookie, you or your friends can click it to take out bites from
the cookie (it only has so many so be careful), once enough bites have been
taken it disappears. But not to worry, it comes back again after a few minutes.
You don't want an upset stomach for eating too fast, do you?

Your cookie also has two commands. One to add people to the blacklist,
if they are being horribly spammy. The other to take people off the list.
If the person you are adding/removing does not have two names, you
only need to type in their name without 'Resident' afterwards.

Add to Blacklist: /22 name
Remove from Blacklist: /23 name
