Here's an iridescent knife that reflects a rainbow shine as you stab and slash with it. There's also a version with a flat rainbow texture that you can use off the Advanced Lighting System.

Good lookin a e s t h e t i c knife.
It isn't scripted/animated by default (I misunderstood this, based on the item description, and thought I'd mention it). You could script it yourself if you really wanted. I just like leaving neochrome knives laying around my house.
