How to edit textures for Death Comes For Us All:

Right click on object
Click edit
Click Select Face
Click on Texture (one of the walls / floor)
Then click on color, and you can change the color. White will show the texture as is. Black will black it out completely. Other colors will give it a different hue.

Under Texture you can also remove / add full bright if you like
