Store X - Here is a brand new modular commercial solution, in Minimal Smooth style.
A modular store that allows the doubling of its area. The original version is 4096 sqm in plan and is arranged on two floors.
It can be easily duplicated (by mirror splitting on the back side) and reach the size of 8192 sqm. Actually these measurements are slightly smaller (only by a few meters) to allow easy placement on land of that size.
Inside, a series of easily duplicated movable walls allow for custom subdivision.
Inside the product box are also all the textures with full permissions for easy modification.
The building windows are also configured with PBR materials with reflections.

Incredible design
Very intuitive, super flexible, and a guarantee to inflate your products' presentation.
My only complain is the complexity of the modular expansion, but after 2-3 attempts it's perfect.
