The black on the ads is not part of the object you are purchasing, it's just for the ad. The spilled milk is on an invisible background for the texture and object.

Please note that the invisible spilled milk object, when rezzed on certain backgrounds, will show tiny specs of grey/black. However, this is not always the case, so just work on your lighting/settings and the object you are putting it against.
