auto repair garage, or other such business that might require a nice garage bay for your delivery or other vehicles.

I bet you're asking if you read that right!

Well, you sure did! This package offers YOU the CHOICE, between a two story station, or a three story station.
In fact, you can rezz both, if you want! Or you can rezz multiple copies, if that suits your fancy..

Our goal with this first fire station build offered by Caultard Safety Appliances, was to provide a good fire station that
you could customize to suit your needs... or just use as is... and to make it reasonably prim efficient. It's the perfect
fire station for small departments, and for urban departments that want to post a single company in a given area, without
breaking the prim budget.

Let's talk about the 3 Story station first.

Our 3 Story station, weighs in at a nice 74 prims, and includes a pre-installed Gentek Elevator, a pre-installed Gentek bay door,
and 3 Gentek commerical doors for pedestrian entry/egress.

The bay measures 6 meters tall from floor to ceiling, 8 meters across by 16 meters deep. It can fit any engine company, and you can
squeeze in even the Titanium 1500N, ARFF unit, if you want to. The ONLY truck I 'know' that doesn't fit, is HD Emergency's Tower 71.

The first floor entry hallway is 4 meters across by 12 meters long, and ends where the elevator begins.

The elevator shaft is a standard 4x4 meter area, with the elevator car fully enclosed.

The second and third floors are identical in construction.. measuring 12 meters across by 16 meters long, less the elevator shaft.

The roof, is accessible by elevator and its size is sufficient to land a SMALL helicopter on. You can also perform high angle
rescue training from the rooftop... or just rezz some furniture up there and call it a rooftop recreation area where you can relax
and catch some rays.

The 2 Story station, is the exact same as the 3 Story, with the only differences being, that the third floor has been removed, so
you have a two story fire station with rooftop access.... AND it weighs in at a tidy 54 prims.

EXTRAS---You saw the extras I listed? With those, you can 'build out' walls and doors on the 2nd and 3rd floors, to partition off
rooms however you see fit.

The extras AND the building, are modifiable, so you can retexture the walls and floors, inside and out, to suit you. You can even
resize the extra wall section, to stretch it to the length you need. I don't recommend doing anything to the 'interior doorway'.
It's sized perfectly for the enclosed spare door.

I also included a Long Sidewalk and Long Driveway. You can stretch them also... or you can do without them... or you can make
them shorter, to fit into the area that your building occupies.

THIS ALL, enables you to 'tweak out' your building, the way you need to, rather than being 'stuck' with whatever I came up with.

And, the way things are... you can rezz the building... and back your truck in the bay and put it in service right away, while you then
set about customizing the building to better suit your wishes.

SPEAKING of fire departments... I want to say this all again, clearly so you know what you're getting with this building.
