CSC - Superhero - Blizzard
This package contains the ability to unleash a cold storm. A simple Hud controls the Blizzard with 5 poses and a sound effect.
Particle effects dont look very good on pictures. So please do not hesitate to message me, if you want to see these effects inworld.
