I have a HUGE avatar, so all my items will come pre-sized very large in most all cases, as I would rather over-estimate the Land Impact, instead up under-estimate it &/or sell items that are CHEAPLY MADE & UPLOADED with only Highest LOD.
Meaning - these items should not vanish if your AV turns his head. But, as with all items in SL -- Your viewer & its settings aliong with your personal settings will make a major impact on how items look and behave on your screen.

Full Rez Textures & Ultra graphics will show you the quality of these items, and they look best with Alchemy or the LL viewers.

They have AO maps (extras added to DIFFUSE MAPS) on them as it seems the most popular creators on SL really cake those things on. However, we try not to over-do it, becasue people with modern hardware running and ultra settings make those 'popular' items look not-so-great as SL evolves. Meaning - we attempt our best to 'future-proof' our creations.

Normal Basic & Normal w Roughness Embedded maps are included for those ready for the GLTF integration. As all our models are GLTF original bases, but converted to DAE for SL & custom mappings made. Including the TEXTUR3D Alpha Spec Systems for each model/part.

We are releasing several Post-Apo / Urban full permission kits and items. We are not taking the time to take ' glamour shots ' of the items. We have too much time and money invested in the creations to spend our days doctoring up photos or attempt to con / trick someone into buying something they later wished they had not bought... So we put raw photos of what the items look like right before we box them.
Too many crooks out there & we will not add tpo the pile of them, as we want SLM to be a safe place to shop again.

These tiny pics do not give these items justice. SLM has many requirements that seem to not be in the creators or the buyers best interest. We would love to show 4096 HD photos of the items on SLM, but they just will not allow it...
So you just get a raw image set at 12 DPI X & Y for all our newer releases.... It is just more honest this way, and hopefully the buyer can be happy once they adjust the items to fit their viewer and settings, and also explore with the additional maps that we have inside that can be downloaded to the buyers computer to edit and customize.

Will only sell a limited number of these so they stay ' underground ' and not all over the grid.
