This is a classic horse skeleton, just in time for Hallowe'en!
The skeleton includes a scripted tail that twitches and responds with slightly macabre sayings when touched by others. Eyes glow eerily red from the coals in the deep set eye sockets, and the jaw moves when the wearer talks.
To obtain the look seen in the ad, wear the full Water Horse avatar and then replace all Water Horse pieces with the included Skeleton pieces, and wear the included alpha mask.

I did as your description says by replacing the peices, but it does not seem to work right.
the horse skeleton bits seem to be stuck in a T pose with the peices all squished together. I have the hud and the ao on from the water horse avatar, but even then it still goes to that odd T pose as the skeleton. please IM me in SL for help.
Besides that the skeleton parts and avitar look great!
