Bad Customer Service
If you have a issue with a product don't both contacting the creator, send a notecard twice then send one again, and this time was online waited for over a hour nothing so then wrote message wondering if ya getting my note card even online and still nothing . Yes I made a human error however it only polite to respond to a customer regardless of the outcome not to ignore them.
