No customer service. You can only wear both shoes instead of only right or left.
I sent a notecard to the store 9 days ago and they didn't reply.
The problem with this shoe is that when you try the demo, it only has one pair of the shoe, so you think that the final product would have separate right and left shoes, but no, the final product has linked shoes and since it's no-mod, you can't possibly wear only right or left shoe. The description doesn't state that it's only possible to wear the pair and you can't wear only right/left shoe. The description should definitely make this clear, specially because the product price isn't low. This would also have been easily fixed if the product had modify permission.
