Building features many rooms:

Locker room, break Room, three offices, big open main area for officer desks, evidence lockup/weapons locker, cellblock, visiting room only accessible from inside the cell block, interrogation room, briefing room, big conference room on the top floor as well as the chiefs office.

This building is highly modular, for use as any kind of municipal building, and a fourth cell is possible in the cell block.
