Hover Marker

Quick start:

1. Rez a [CaT] Hover Marker

2. right-click and choose edit, change the text in the Name and Description Field into that for the Hover you like

3. click on the [CaT] Hover Marker to change the Hover text

4. change the Color if you like a another Hover Color
(after click change the Hover the Color)

Thats all :D
