First, the picture in this ad is lovely but the hair when worn is so much more beautiful than you can tell in the pic.

Second--well I already said, this is gorgeous!

Third--most important of all. Wanted seller to know I purchased this and ISABELLA tonight specifically because I was *SO* grateful for the redelivery terminals you have inworld.

I know shoppers never believe it until it happens to them (and it willlll) - I just had several folders disappear unable to recover them and my hairs folder was one of them--not deleted by accident mind-you, but catastrophic inventory failure-I logged in last weekend and the folders just never showed up. Ashamed to admit how many hundreds of hairs in that folder, but when its gone its gone whatcha gonna do.

So new plan: I picked up this style, and ISABELLA tonight, both because they're gorgeous and specifically because I am SO grateful this seller is one of the rare few hair sellers that offer auto-redelivery terminals at their inworld shops. No IM-ing, no waiting, no taking your chances you will even find them online and willing, just go inworld and click the terminal and bam bam bam all back. Sucked up my whole last weekend and part of this week working with support to get them back to no avail, and so henceforth easy-peasy I will spread my hair L$ across only redelivery-terminal hair sellers (and the couple of sweet ones that responded manually).

Again, buyers, you don't realize how much it can ruin your day until the folder is gone. Buy Catwa and never worry about it, its just that simple. I had years/pages worth of hair purchases from Catwa back in my inventory just minutes ago with only one click per style and done. Grateful!
