Fireplace not linked to house so you can put it where you want. Maybe you dont want it, then save it in inventory can come handy. a very small Cabin for one or two people. Actually bigger then you think inside, as there is a very big bedroom at top, big enough to also be able to change cloths. This is a Cabin for a small land or why not a sim and its a guest house. One can use it as hunting cabin aswell. All up to you. If you want to see it, no probs just ask me and i show you. If you dont like it then, then you shouldnt buy. I am happy to show any of my houses even if you dont want to buy just then.
