This is Caged Light, the first creation my partner Katy and I made and put on MP together, originally under a different brand name.
We've re-listed it here because I'll be tinkering with it and adding features over time for this listing. :)
This is a holdable, but you can also rez it for 1 Land Impact (LI/Prims) and it will spin in place.
