You've purchased a 100% full perm mesh object. You can use this for your own creations and can resell it as part of it. Do not resell as is, DCMA is going to apply.
This set includes textures. Simply drag the desired ones into the prim you like to texturise it. See Picture for more info.

Land impact of 25 and No Texture included
Very disappointed in this item. It is two prims, no texture is included as it says in the description. (only the ad pic) and a single bullet is 25 land impact. This is unusable.
